NHB’s Contribution to Wembley North East Lands Development (NE02/NE03)

The Wembley North East Lands (NE02/NE03) project is part of the ambitious 10-million-square-foot Wembley Park masterplan. Located in Brent, this development encompasses 750 homes spread across two plots, featuring Build-to-Rent, shared ownership, affordable housing, and discount market rent properties.

NHB has played a critical role in ensuring the fire safety and operational reliability of the NE02/NE03 buildings. Our contributions so far include:

•     Installing 7 roof-mounted smoke extraction and environmental fan systems across the site.
•     Integrating over 100 smoke control dampers to facilitate safe smoke management during fire emergencies.
•     Installing serveal AOVs (Automatic Opening Vents), temperature sensors, fire override switches, and 150+ interfaces for system integration and efficient management.
•     We also designed, installed, and certifed all fire-rated ductwork to ensure adherence to the highest safety standards.
•     On top of this we’ve installed serveal fire alarm interfaces and control panels for seamless communication between various fire safety components.
