Lewisham Gateway Phase 2 – In 2024, having previously being entrusted with work on Phase 1, NHB completed work on Phase 2 for the main contractor, MUSE, in Lewisham, South East London. This project encompassed three blocks spanning 65 floors, four separate roofs, and a delivery bay.

NHB installed both the smoke ventilation and environmental systems for this project, which included:

• Smoke dampers
• Environmental Volume Control Dampers
• Automatic Opening Vents (AOV)
• Several Roof fan sets
• Several Internal fan sets
• Temperature sensors
• Numerous Control panels

We also installed various other components essential to the system.
