The Hallsville Quarter site is part of the broader Canning Town and Custom House SPD regeneration framework.
Phase 3 of this project includes 620 new homes spread across eight buildings, all arranged around shared podium garden courtyards above street level. The main contractor for this project is Bouygues.
For this purely mechanical project, we have designed, installed, and certified fire-rated ducting for the roofs and ground floors of three buildings so far.
