We have worked on numerous phases of this extensive development over the years. This particular project is part of Phase 7, with Bennett Construction Ltd serving as the main contractor. As the name suggests, an entire village has been constructed just a stone’s throw from the O2 Arena.

In our latest contribution, we leveraged both our electrical and mechanical expertise across two blocks, three cores, 25 floors, and a car park. Our team installed over 50 dampers for smoke extraction and environmental control, along with temperature sensors, pressure switches, three roof fan sets, car park fans, several control panels, smart panels, along with some AOVs (Automatic Opening Vents) and other various bits.
