Hadley Property Group and Clarion Housing Group (the UK’s largest housing association) have come together to build 568 flats at the site of a former Homebase in Goodmayes, in Ilford.
Works started in 2023 and are expected to be completed in 2026/2027
There will be seven blocks ranging from 3 to 20 storeys high.
The site is located in between two Elizabeth line stations (Seven Kings and Goodmayes) and is within the ‘Crossrail Strategic Growth Corridor’.

NHB are currently completing works on phase 1 and are tasked with providing both detection and smoke extraction solutions for this development.
