Ebury Bridge Estate –Located in the heart of central London, the new Ebury Bridge Estate is the biggest delivery of new affordable homes in South Westminster in over 50 years.

In 2024 NHB completed works on the 1st phase of the project for main contractor Bouygues UK.

This phase comprises two residential blocks of 16 and 17 stories. NHB carried out works on both blocks, roofs and basements.

Our experienced team installed Smoke shaft Dampers, Environmental VCDs, Escape route Pressure switches, Temperature sensors, ductwork and Fan sets as well as numerous control pannels
